1. Overview

Every TruculentTees shirt is manufactured to order in the United States by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We stand behind the quality of every garment we ship. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and replacements work.

2. 30-Day Window

You may request a return, exchange, or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking. Requests received after the 30-day window cannot be honored.

3. Defects, Print Errors, and Damage in Transit

If your shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error (wrong design, wrong placement, smudged or cracked print on first wear), the wrong size or color, or visible damage from transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will:

  • Send a replacement at our expense, including any return shipping if we need the original returned;
  • Or, at your option, issue a full refund to the original payment method.

You do not need to ship a defective item back unless we specifically ask you to.

4. Sizing Issues & Change of Mind

If the item fits poorly, you ordered the wrong size, or you simply changed your mind, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Light handling for try-on is fine; visible wear, deodorant marks, smoke odor, pet hair, or laundering disqualify a return.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable service; we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to size availability; if the requested size cannot be produced, you will receive a refund instead.

5. Final-Sale Items

Our standard catalog of pre-designed political tees is returnable under the terms of this policy. However, the following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except for defects:

  • Bespoke or custom commissions — any design produced to your specifications, including personalized text, custom artwork, or any item that involved an off-catalog design choice on your part.
  • Gift cards, if and when offered.
  • Clearance items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

6. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) involved, the reason, and (for defects/damage) clear photos.
  2. Wait for return authorization. We will reply within two business days with instructions and, if applicable, a return address. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  3. Pack and ship. Pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Ship to the address we provide using a trackable service.
  4. Refund or replacement. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue your refund or dispatch the replacement.

7. Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account; timing is outside our control.

8. Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to production by our fulfillment partner. Email [email protected] as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, but the standard return policy still applies once it is delivered.

9. Address Errors

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the cost of the item (less the original outbound shipping). If you would like the order reshipped to a corrected address, additional shipping fees may apply.
