How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days after your order is produced. Since all shirts are printed on demand, please allow 2–4 business days for production before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our Returns page for full details.
Are your shirts really made in the USA?
Yes! All TruculentTees products are printed and fulfilled by our US-based manufacturing partner, ensuring quality American craftsmanship.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from S to XXL in most designs. Size details are listed on each product page.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
We use premium, pre-shrunk cotton blend t-shirts for maximum comfort and durability. The exact blend may vary by color and style.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since orders go into production quickly, please contact us at support@truculenttees.com as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet entered production.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
