How long does shipping take?
Every shirt is printed on demand. Production and transit estimates are shown during checkout and in your confirmation; they are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We email tracking as soon as the carrier accepts the package.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our Returns page for full details.
Where are your shirts made and printed?
Each product listing states the verified origin and fulfillment facts for that exact garment. We do not apply a blanket Made in USA claim across the catalog.
What sizes do you offer?
Launch styles are offered in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. Current availability is listed on each product page.
What kind of shirts do you print on?
Garment material, weight, construction, and care details are listed on each product page after they are verified against the fulfillment-partner catalog.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since orders go into production quickly, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet entered production.
Do you ship internationally?
At launch we ship only to the 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not accept international, territory, or military-mail destinations until those routes have been tested end to end.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout shows the card and accelerated-payment methods available for your device and location.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
